9 Comments on A Mother-in-Law Suite or a Storage Room? Home Staging St Augustine
I actually had one wife laugh when we suggest it was for that. She said "Try a OH HONEY, IF YOU THINK YOU ARE SLEEPING IN BED TONIGHT, you are dead wrong room"
Oh my.... what did you say to that?
It may be a plus, but you can not put it in an ad without putting a lot more words into it, because "mother-in-law" is a prohibited phrase.
I always find it interesting to hear what probited phrases are in other states.
Nice job Melissa....and easily accomplished without much stress on the seller.
I think it's a big improvement, Melissa. Looks very classy.
Pictures truly tell the story in staging. Thanks for the photos and the post.
Sharon - Thank you. Yes. We know the seller still lives here and with the market being what it is, is probably selling their home for less than they paid for it. We want to keep things simple both with their budget and living in the home until it sells.
Toni - Thank you!
David - That is so true. It is why we love to share before and afters with our blogs!
Well done Melissa. I'm sure many of us are guilty of making our guest room a storage room, or at the very least a room with a dual function. One of our guest bedrooms doubles as my home office. We have a futon for overnight guests.
