I have seen quite a few homes with very distracting displays.  Once barbies, and a few taxidermy displays here and there. Sometimes the family photos can become distracting as well, and buyers may not be paying as much attention to the home itself as they should.

I think it is wise to advise Sellers if they are going to listing their home for sale and move, then it just makes sense to go ahead and pack up those collectible items they don't need. 

Buyers could be distracted by the Sellers hobbies and/or wall displays!
