This is my first blog and it feels like getting on that BIG yellow school bus for the very first time, the fear I had leaving my comfort level behind. My mother standing there with a smile on her face while fighting back the tears and trying to show strength and courage for me.
My business partner keeps telling me that "Times are changing and you have to change with the times Wayne or you'll be left behind". I've been one of those agents who hand wrote offers, carried around 10 - 20 files at all times, along with my laptop, in fear of never having what I would need while on the road. Needless to say lugging around this 40lb computer bag hasn't helped my lower back problems any to say the least. The fear I've had converting to new age technology terrified me, it felt like that school bus ride all over again.
So with all of that said I'm now using zip forms, typing offers/ contracts, using electronic signatures, and now blogging. Doing things that I never thought I'd be doing. I have to say that up until now I've embraced the change, eventually, and it's made life so much simpler.
I've feared blogging, heck up until a few weeks ago I didn't even know what blogging was. I look forward to many more blogs and getting to know as many of you as I can. Thanks for the opportunity.

Welcome to the BEST place to find out more about your fellow Realtors®!!!
Blogging isn't hard... Pick an anticdote or a topic, say the alphabet for example, and write about one item each day... Talk about how Greg Nino is Waaay taller in person than he seems online, about how cute my puppy is or even how you hate it when you find "personal items" hidden inside the check door of a Jacuzzi tub!
There really aren't any "rules" just make sure to add photos or graphics to get more points! :c)
Have fun - and Welcome!
