Sometimes just the look on the face of the buyers gives me an indication -- you mean I need to buy a condo if I get in your car and see properties? The point in asking this and other questions is to get an indication of your timing and your motivation in buying a Pasadena area condo, townhome, loft or single family home.
A real estate coach gave me excellent advice many years ago --- ask this question: if I listen to you very carefully and I find you everything you want -- location, size and price -- will you buy it? What if it has 90% of everything you want?
