That is a very good pic. The detail and the composition is fabulous.
Tim ...Thanks for stopping by!
Good evening, Rob. Looks like a squirrel hard at work. I have seen them devour 'shrooms in a big way...
Rob~you must know that I love mushrooms...those silly putty creatures that give us copious amounts of photo opportunities!
And I thought I was going to read about some amazing golf accomplishment.............but I love the photo Rob.
Thanks, Rob, for sharing your photograph. We are also seeing some mushrooms in the neighborhood.
Have an outstanding week.
Hi Rob. How did the first person to eat a mushroom decide that they were safe?
Rob, is this the closest you will get to a hole in one? Enjoy your day! Since you seemed determined to make Waffles a Vols fan, may have to work on Spud to join the Gator Nation!
Thanks for stopping by ....I appreciate the comments!
A great shot Rob.
Rob,
That is most unusual and a great find. Thanks. :)
Steve
Rob You find the darndest things to photograph - well done
Rob, now that is one goofy looking mushroom! It looks like it should have some kind of little muchkin sitting under it.
Hello Rob,
Fun title and great photo...a hole in one indeed!
Hi Rob,
I hope you're enjoying your golf games and this season. Hasn't the market been great! People are discovering that the market is good and things are mushrooming in a good way. For the economy, that's a good thing!
Love your photo Rob. I'll have to keep my eyes open for them here in TX. I haven't noticed any yet.
Have a wonderful time in beautiful Bristols!
Keep cool with this summertime recipe...
Maryland Gazpacho Soup Recipe
6 cups chopped tomatoes
1 ½ cups chopped cucumber
¾ cup chopped yellow pepper
¾ cup minced onion
3 or 4 jalapeno peppers-minced
1/3 cup olive oil
5 Tbsp. vinegar
½ tsp. minced garlic
¾ cup water
1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and croutons.
There is no cooking. Gazpacho soup is served cold.
This soup is delicious. The recipe is from the Heirloom Tomato Festival in Westminster, Maryland. Tested and recommended by Dolores Kelley.
This soup freezes well so you can enjoy it in later months.
Rob - that is a fantastic picture and definitely one of nature's finest creations.
