Good location and a really good looking interior to the home. The upper bedrooms look O.K. with exception to the one that looks a bit small. But that's O.K. Many rooms like that would end up a catch all any way unless needed as an additional bedroom.

I like the colors and the water access. Gotta love a listing like this one.

Amy, when I first looked at this home I thought wow that's a lot of money for that home, but after looking at the rest of the photos of the home and it's location I'm thinking that's a lot of house for the money and you can't beat that location.
