7 Comments on Are You an RCHB? The Favorit-est Tips!
this is my favorit-est post of the day...good job Jennifer...thanks for writing.
These are great tips, Jennifer. I can prob. make improvements in almost all of them. But, I think that #6 is the largest opportunity area for me, esp when I'm tired, I catch myself doing this too much.
This is a super good post and should go on the favorit-est list. At had to LOL at myself as to #4 (the profanity part - NOT the Drunk part) As to the drunk part - who would admit that anywhere public? On the other hand, with the market the way it's been the last couple of years, can you blame them for wanting to do some heavy drinking!?!
Debbie C- I'm going to write a blog soon about the ridiculous things I see on FB, specifically ones posted by real estate agents. I know they think they're being funny and maybe even "authentic" but the ones I see cross the line into simple immaturity...
Debbie G - I do too... I'm sure most of us do and sometimes we just can't help it. But the facts are the facts... if we appear not to be able to handle our problems, people are going to wonder...
Jeffrey - thank you!
Hi Jennifer,
#'s 1 - 2 & 3 are truly no-brainer's if you want to be considered a true Professional.
Good morning Jennifer - great list of ways to be a grown up and act in the way you say you're going to act. While I can't imagine HOW a person gets to be an adult without mastering these, there's plenty of evidence that many people actually DO need these reminders!
Jennifer, thanks again for reminding us of what is important for continued growth in our business. I have been in this business for 12 tears and have finally made the jump to start my own brokerage. This blog will be required reading for my new agents! Thanks!!
