Yum, corn on the cob. You ever soak in water, wrap in tin foil and cook on grill?

Karen, can you believe that we haven't even had any fresh corn on the cob this summer? We may be asked to leave the state! Unthinkable!
Karen, grilled corn on the cob is my #1 favorite way to eat corn! In a pinch, wrapping corn in a wet paper towel, then covering and cooking in the microwave (2 minutes per ear) is also delicious. :)

Karen and Art, Those are some pretty plump looking ears. I think this is going to be a pretty tough year for Texas corn due to the high temps and low rain. Even those fields with irrigation seen to be struggling this year.

Wayne Texas has more problems with the drought than corn - it is really a bad situation
