This month saw 14 homes sold in Waldwick compared with 16 sold in June, and is up from 9 sold in July last year. Home Sales are in full swing right now in Bergen County, and mortgage rates continue to hover under 4% for 30 yr fixed rates.

This coupled with lower home prices makes it a great time to buy !

 

The Borough of Waldwick is home to just under 10,000 residents. During the 2009-10 school year, Julia A. Traphagen School, a school for students in Kindergarten through grade 5,was awarded the Blue Ribbon School Award of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education, the highest award an American school can receive, and the only school in Bergen County to receive the honor.
