This month saw 19 homes sold in Wyckoff compared with 29 sold in June, and is down slightly from 20 sold in July last year. Home Sales are in full swing right now in Bergen County, and mortgage rates continue to hover under 4% for 30 yr fixed rates.

This coupled with lower home prices makes it a great time to buy !

 

Wyckoff is a lovely tree-lined residential community of approximately 16,000 residents. The Township of Wyckoff comprises seven square miles and is only 27 miles from New York City. It was once home to the Jonas Brothers. New Jersey Transit serves Wyckoff, as well as the Short Line Bus.
