Timbercreek Community Lebanon Ohio 45036 Offers Custom Homes and Large Lots!

Timbercreek in Lebanon offers country estate living and you're immediately off of the SR123/I71 interchange so starting your morning commute is a breeze!  Timbercreek residents have a  Lebanon mailing address and Lebanon schools, but since Timbercreek is actually located in Turtlecreek Township you avoid the Lebanon city tax unless you work in Lebanon.

Timbercreek is composed of approximately 75 custom built homes with a variety of styles and lots available for new construction.  Some lots are heavily wooded.  Timbercreek has two sections of the community that are NOT connected.  The main section entered via SR123 and the other smaller section is entered via Liberty Keuter Rd.  Additionally, there's a subsection of Timbercreek called Reserves of Timbercreek.  Located on the end of Aspen Ridge Dr, Reserves of Timbercreek is seeking to be even more upscale and has quite a few buildable lots remaining. Note that there are no HOA fees associated with Timbercreek!  With the money you save on HOA fees you can easily purchase a membership and get an annual pass for nearby Countryside YMCA (the world's largest YMCA) and maybe Kings Island too!

Lebanon schools continue to be recognized for academic excellence (sports programs are good too!).  Lebanon was selected one of five 2012 Best Hometowns by Ohio Magazine.  Historic Downtown Lebanon is home to quite a few festivals and celebrations throughout the year, and Timbercreek provides a short trip to downtown Lebanon.

Dorie, Nice homes, fantastic convenience for commuters to Cincinnati.  To move down closer would probably add at least a $100k to home price to find anything even remotely similar.

Roger, Yes you did.  It's immediately on the right for you after you turned off I71 to head to downtown Lebanon the first time.  The wood entrance sign if pretty prominent.

Juli, Timbercreek is definitely appealing to area buyers.  The prices are 2x and more of the area median, so it's a limited niche.

Andrea, Surprising, but none.  There's no pool or common space, so only the community entrance needs maintained.  Not sure who plants the flowers, maybe it's the responsibility of a certain lot or two, we've seen that before in other developments.

Marilyn, It's multiple sources.  Of course personal neighborhood knowledge is part of it, then MLS information for HOA fees.  For each community post we'll pull the tax database to get official square footage, acreage, etc.  Recent sales will come from both MLS and tax database to capture the homes that changed hands privately or via new construction builds.  And of course the pictures for the collages are all ours, and we create a custom Google Map for each community post also.  All in all, it takes us a lot longer to construct one of these posts vs. a "normal" opinion/education themed post.
