Great advice for the seller if the home can't be seen you won't be able to sell it. It will be better for all those involved.
Hi Hella, oh the tenant issue certainly poses some huge barriers for us with regards to showing and selling. Obviously, the best scenario is to have vacant units, but not always reality, so we struggle. Best of luck in the future.
I do a lot of work in occupied units Hella, it's always a struggle to get in when I want to.
Hella, I have purchased many units over the years and it was always an issue to get in to see the units. Many times there is a good reason they don't want you to see how they live.
Tom: You'd think that tenants would want your type of service be done, since it improves their tenancy conditions.
Mike: They certainly don't tend to make it a pleasant experience even if you GET inside.
