11 Comments on Luxury Real Estate Marketing Tip: Be Consistently Remarkable!
Good afternoon Ron and Alexandra -
What a great analogy my friends! Your title sums it up so very well too. Suggested.
Dolores loves to shop at the Trader Joe's store in Gaithersburg.
Have an outstanding week with your camera in hand.
Hi Ron & Alexandra - excellent insight on customer service standards, and Trader Joe's is a great example. I only have limited experience with them - sadly, they're not in Colorado, since alcohol sales aren't allowed in grocery stores (except for 3.2 beer, whatever that might be).
Alexandra-I can honestly say that you my dear are consistently remarkable in all you say and do.
Alexandra,
Words like deliberate, strategic all go into consistently remarkable. Like Trader Joes, haven't we seen this from all the Olympians? It's great to read blogs that exemplify excellence, such as yours! g
We are getting a Trader Joe's in Denver somewhere but the location is being kept secret for now. Being consistent is great advice. It is a good thing when clients know what to expect from us on a day to day basis.
LOVE Trader Joe's! The closest location for me is over an hour away. We have been trying for years to get one nearby and finally it's going to happen. Our new Trader Joe's opens next month!
I use to love shopping at Trader Joe's in Virginia....but alas we do not have one here. Great analogy and suggested as well.
We don't have one here, Alexandra. We had them in LA and Atlanta but not here but the closest is Sarasota. I agree with you about their consistency.
very true for repeat business, a good testimonial is the best referral!
The thing that amazes me about companies like TJ's and Starbucks and In-N-Out is how the management passes down that positive spirit! In the real estate world, it's not enough that we are consistently remarkable; each of our team members has to capture that vision as well. That requires a level of leadership and integrity on our part that can't be faked.
