One of the best marketing tools that we use to help get homes sold is the use of our Video Tours. The tours are a blend of 
photographs and video clips combined with music and a visual display.
Why do we do them? Well, pictures are a great way to get an idea of what a home looks like but when video is added one is able to get a better understanding of the layout and the feel of the house. Over the years I've heard a number of times how much different a person thought a house was because the pictures didn't tell the whole story. Well Video Tours help to clear up that cloudiness.
