Today we went to see some condos in Sunny Isles Beach oceanfront condominiums.
Not low floor, newer building, luxury amenities, lower maintenance and up to 1M.
What did I show?
I prepaired Buyer Broker Agreement (Yes, still do it!) and going to show
1. Trump Tower - $1,100,000 - fully furnished, great updates, turn key unit. 11th floor. Three Bedroom
2. Ocean Four - $839,000 - 32nd floor, 2 bedroom with the den.
3. Ocean Point Beach Club - $699,000. Condo-hotel. Amazing corner unit. 3/3.
4. La Perla - amazing direct ocean view from each room. $780,000.
I wonder, which one my buyer did like the most?!
