Out of the 14 homes, 9 are new construction, 5 are individual sales and 1 is a short sale.  The prices range from $319,900 to $899,900.  The average days on market in Beacon Point right now is 91.

Beacon Point is a great family oriented community with many activities to enjoy all year long.  The Aurora Reservoir borders Beacon Point on the north and there are walking paths through the open area surrounding the lake.
