Just released - 2nd brochure series showcasing equestrian related businesses and organizations in Bucks County, Northampton County, Lehigh, Berks and Monroe Counties in PA.

Breeders, trainers, competitors, horse enthusiasts of all kinds, if you are looking to relocate to an affordable area convenient to major horse shows and airports Eastern PA is your place!  September 2006, Sidelines, a popular magazine among Florida's show circuit, featured "Pennsylvania: Horse Paradise" on it's front cover with a more in depth article inside about what this great state has to offer equestrians. Bucks County is steeped in equestrian tradition with its many horse farms and to-die-for landscape.  The Bucks County Horse Park hosts a variety of horse shows almost every weekend in the summer http://www.buckscountyhorsepark.org/ from jumping and dressage shows to horse trials, polo and western shows. The Lehigh Valley with its rolling hills, open landscape and agricultural appeal has seen the opening or resurrection of many equestrian facilities.

The area is also rich in 4-H programs and other horse oriented organizations to name a few:

  • Lehigh Valley Horse Council
  • Lehigh Valley Dressage Association
  • Boots & Saddle Club (Allentown)

PA bred incentives also make Pennsylvania a very attractive state to relocate to for race horse breeders.

Thanks for the info on the horse equestrian related businesses.  I live in Chester County and it is amazing how many horse farms there are. Thanks.

Vincent - thought I responded to your comment on my blog but don't see it posted here.

This brochure has turned out to be a fun and rewarding project.  I love promoting other people's businesses (and of course my own too!).

Chester County is indeed a lovely, horsey area!

Cindy
