Here are some signs of economic recovery that I observed in my area:

I tried to make appointments to show homes and many homes were under contract.

I went to show new construction last week and there was only one lot left so my clients put a deposit on that lot.

I received one call a week in last three weeks from people who are relocating to the area. Two of these are relocating for their jobs.

I went shopping to the mall and found it difficult to find parking close by.

I work out of home office like many agents at my office who go to the office to meet clients and when I went the parking lot was full .

The signs are out there for the observation. I was walking my neighborhood this morning and see five new homes being built.  I think that is a positive.
