Jeffrey, this one is not for sale right now but I drive by it frequently and the owner's brand new truck was not in the "driveway" so I took the picture :)

Clint---yes---looks like a 69 or 70. I had a 71 and the grilles changed that year.

Steven, great memory! As you can see---not much as changed in a year and a half :)
Actually I used the house for the post but teddy was actually on a different house that was too recent an inspection to expose and this house fit my poem better :)

How long was your checklist on this house Charles? Was the meth lab included?

Paul, fortunately I only had to look at this one from the road----on a daily basis actually---about 5 houses away from mine on the same street :)
