18 Comments on Will you list my house on Wordless Wednesday?
OMG...is that for real. that could be a bit of a tough sell...lol...I can not imagine what I would do presented with that.
Looks great, how much Charles?
:)
Anything will sell...for the right price. I think $100 might do it!
Hey Charles,
I don't want the home but I wpould be interested in the early chevy in the shot.
Have a great day.
Best, Clint mcKie
Jeffrey, this one is not for sale right now but I drive by it frequently and the owner's brand new truck was not in the "driveway" so I took the picture :)
Tom, I am sure there is some work for you in there somewhere
Kathryn, is it the house that would sell or the property? :)
Clint---yes---looks like a 69 or 70. I had a 71 and the grilles changed that year.
Charles- so.. think it could use a Home Stager???
I really like what they're doing with the garage it reminds me of Garbage Can Nirvana .... but for your car!!
Kathy, yes if the bulldozer doesn't get there first
Eric, yes---I can see that! :)
Charles, so when did you come back to CT and take a picture of my latest listing?
Andrrea, at least I didn't mention any names and kept your sign out of the picture :)
Charles -- isn't that the house that had the teddy bear on the roof? Think it looks very familiar.
Steven, great memory! As you can see---not much as changed in a year and a half :)
Actually I used the house for the post but teddy was actually on a different house that was too recent an inspection to expose and this house fit my poem better :)
Why is Teddy on the Roof?
Very kindly,
Croakster
How long was your checklist on this house Charles? Was the meth lab included?
Croakster---certainly available---not much water for you though
Paul, fortunately I only had to look at this one from the road----on a daily basis actually---about 5 houses away from mine on the same street :)
Charles - Perhaps the truck could be used as a buyer incentive.
Charles, this is really your classic handyperson's special. Think a great stager could help this one?
John, that is a real possibility
Pat---well along with a landscaper perhaps
