Is this log home still for sale?  The one you have posted about on ActiveRain in The Springs. I have a buyer who is very interested in any log home in The Springs at High Rock or the surrounding area.  If you are working on any that are not listed yet, please let me know.  I know about the two listed in the 700's.  That is a bit out of our price range, though.  Something between $250-500k would be the right range.  Does not have to have lots of square footage, minimum of 2000 sq. ft., but does need to be log and have some privacy, preferably 1.5+ acres.  Let me know if you have anything that fits the bill - short sales & foreclosures are okay.  Buyer has cash and wants to close ASAP.
