We are in the tail end of a recession that is fighting very hard to worsen instead of letting a new cycle of prosperity kick in. What we do or don't do as a Nation affects us all
DON'T BE SURPRISED IF...
1. Cost of gasoline stays high or even goes up
2. High unemployment stays with us for another year
3. Foreclosures kick into a final phase releasing lots of shadow inventory now that litigation and regulation is in settled/in place
4. That a percentage of Americans are not happy with either presidential primary choices choosing the lesser of the two
5. Cities across the Nation consider filing bankruptcy to help deal with out of control costs and to keep operational
6. Congress continues to remain ineffective and out of touch
7. Our Global enemies watch with interest as our economy struggles for footing looking for opportunity to add more havoc
8. Real Estate continues to be a smart purchase primarily because it is fair market priced and has historic interests rates
9. Attorneys will thrive from all the litigation opportunities from people who believe they have been treated unfairly
10. Online college courses will become more attractive because of price, accessibility and ease of use
