Oviedo Foreclosures

Oviedo is located to the northwest of Orlando in Seminole County.  It is about a 20 minute drive to downtonw Orlando by way of state road 417 and 408.  There are approximately 8500 homes in the city.  There have been high numbers of Oviedo Foreclosures due to the collapse of the housing market.  Recently inventory of Bank Owned Homes has declined and has brought some stabilization to the market.
