az-vacation-home-furnishing-service-turn-key-packagesYesterday Nathan and I decided to "Divide and Conquer" 2 installs - 1 in Tempe (Nathan) for an ASU student, and 1 in Gilbert (me) - a Vacation Rental.  Both are 2 bed/2 bath condos, and both need to be fully furnished and turned over by the 13th and 15th, respectively.

Nathan took the truck and trailer to Tempe to load in furniture; since the Gilbert install was furniture from our AZ Tuscan Furniture line - all solid wood with solid iron - I went with our on-call moving crew there.  A dresser is over 300lbs, so we'll hire professionals for those.  ;)

Nathan arrived to his destination first - to find the A/C was not working...!  The fan would blow, but no cold air.  95f and rising.  

When we arrived to the Gilbert condo - guess what...?  The A/C ALSO didn't work, there!  At least it was a steady 93f all day.  ;)  The fan wouldn't even turn on.

Even with arm-hair-melting heat, we are still on track to have both installs fully complete on time!

UGH, in record setting heat you and your team have to install furniture in homes with no A/C?  I know how professional you and your team are and give you a standing O for getting the job done.

THANKS, Jack and Juli!  A/C should be up and running in both condos tomorrow - HALLELUJAH!!!!  The Tempe one had a brand new unit - just the installer forgot to flip a switch or something stupid....!  UGH!!!
