Sometimes the only shadow is your own.

One of the services that I perform for apartment community managers is a complete exterior property walk. I check the exterior of the property and give them an estimate of cost to repair the dry rot and water damaged wood.

Many of the communities need to have the work done prior to their exterior painting. No use painting if the property isn’t ready. Other apartment communities use the list for budgeting money over many years. Whatever

the reason, the information can be useful the management of the apartment homes.

While walking to property and looking for dry rot, I accidently snapped this photo. It reminded me of my friend Charles Buell; thought that I’d post it here. I’ve always wanted to be like Charles.

Good morning Tom. What an amazing photo! I don't think you could have planned such a photo. Sometimes magic just happens.

Hey there he is!

Charles, I was thinking about changing my profile picture.  Just kidding.

The shadow knows, but he's not talking.

Thanks for stopping by.

I had to smile when I read Charles' comment.  When I first saw your photo, those very words jumped from my mouth, "The shadow knows. . ."
