Hurray for Samyr. I really am enjoying reading all the blogs featuring the Olympic athletes. Samyr certainly made his hometown proud. Take care Janis and enjoy the evening in Newburgh.

Kathy ~ I was able to live stream the competition yesterday and that is how i got the photo.. screen capture. It was fun being able to hear his name and watch !

Saw him jump yesterday and sounds like Samyr has many many accomplishments-Harvard, Georgetown law and an incredible jumper!

A big Congratulations to Samyr in fact I want to congratulate each Olympian! I can not imagine the dedication and sacrifices each has poured into their training and efforts to make it to the Olympics. Beaming with pride for the USA athletes of course again a big congrats to Samyr!
