I am not sure where July went! I've been busy and from the looks of things it's been busy in the Milton MA Real Estate market. Better late than never, here is my report for the second quarter of 2012 for Milton MA Real Estate.
For the period of April 1, 2012 - June 30, 2012, there were 73 single family homes sold in Milton MA.*. The lowest priced home sold for $180,000.00 and the highest priced home sold for $2.4 million - quite a range!. The average sales price for that time period was $497,118. For the same period in 2011, there were 56 single family homes sold in Milton MA, with an average sales price of $507,904.00.
