Hi Jerry, I sure like your property presentations these days. Great job. I see it was raining the day you took the picture outside. I actually think the pictures tunr out great right after the rain. It makes everything look so much more saturated (as far as color - not water).

Yes, Belinda. It was pouring down rain the day I went to take these photos, and we decided to keep them online. I still may go back to get another shot soon without the rain effects.

You should consider the purchase of this home for your rental portfolio. You will want to have lots of properties to cover your retirement.
Jerry, rain or shine I am sure that your marketing will get this property sold and the sellers will be happily on their way. In this area we are more concerned with snow pictures or no leaves vs leaves on trees.
