Fill the Canoe School Supply Drive Communities in School Federal Way
From now until August 17th, 2012 the Federal Way Red Canoe Credit Union is holding a School Suppy Drive that will benefit Communities in Schools Federal Way.
What's great about this School Supply Drive is that Red Canoe will match all donations- pound for pound! And they've been doing it since 2007. www.fillthecanoe.com
Today when I stopped in there was literally a canoe in the looby that had notebooks, paper, pens, pencils, highlighters, markers, and even a few backpacks in it. I wish I would have thought to take a picture of the canoe instead of just grabbing the flyer. :)
If you can't make it to Red Canoe, donations can also be dropped off at the Federal Way Public Schools District Office, St. Francis Hospital, the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, Sylvan Learning Center, and Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club and Red Canoe will still match pound for pound.
