A Real Estate School. I called the number. The woman that answered was very nice. She said that the class met 3 nights a week for several weeks and a few weekends. That I had to be in class for no less than 75 hours, that I have to pass the exam with at least 75% and then pass the state exam. She also told me that me that many students did not pass the test the first time around. I signed up anyway.

I took the class and on the first day I walked into class and I was very supprised. It seemed that I was over dressed since I looked like I was going on a listing presentation but I rather decided that I was dressed for success and I knew then as I do now I was in the right place. I found my seat at the front of the class and....
