Over a month ago, I was invited to attend what I thought was going to be a real estate video seminar. Well, I was wrong but I'm not complaining about it. CBS News Channel 4 (http://www.cbs4denver.com/) invited a select few real estate agents to participate in what amounts to 15 second commercials promoting the agents and their listings. Starting on January 9th, you may see me on TV. The commercials will highlight agents in a specific area and we (Nanci Garnand) and I will be sharing the whole Northern Colorado region from Longmont north to the Wyoming border. I'm pretty excited about it and so should my sellers. All of my listings will be on CBS 4 News' website. The traffic for their website is insane and should be great exposure for my listings.
