Morgan the residents like the closenes to the Village and train  as well as the fact it is close to the river.

Eileen the area has mostly single family detached homes, therefore for those looking for  low maintenace living, the Gardens at Rhinebeck is a great choice.

George The syle of  garage seem to be popular with townhouses and condos I suppose the most efficent use of space.
