6  Can the bank foreclose on my home if I am doing a short sale?

 

6  Almost anything is possible. However the sooner we submit papers that we have your home on the market, and I show them my experience level of over 32 years and what I am doing to get the home sold. If they are close to foreclosing, thus far I have managed to get them to extend the foreclosure until we find a buyer for the home. Whether your bank knows it or not, they are far better off for us to short sale it.
