7 How will a short sale affect my credit? How soon can I buy again?

 

7 As you know change is constant now a days. So two or three months from now there may be new rules and policies. If you want to go rent, don't worry, that is why people rent because then can't own, landlords are realistic and reasonable. Foreclosure is much more damaging than a short sale. In some cases now people can go buy a home the next day, however I recommend you expect to wait for 24 months, keep in mind that could change also in the future.
