26 Comments on Who Let The Dogs Out-Strange Showings in Northern Virginia
That is hysterical Cindy :)! It sounds iike the dog listens to the parrot. At least they were both crated :)! Did you leave that in the feedback? I bet the sellers would get a kick out of it :)!
I've live in a house with two parrots, they mock everything you say, even your laugh. They are funny yet a little unsettling. The home owner *could* have mentioned their little friend when you talked to them.
Cindy, to funny, I think some people need to buy a parrot to help train there dogs during showings.
I remember you telling me this story. That would've been hilarious to have encountered.
Joe-dog was in a crate so he wasn't going to get us.
Richard-it was a surprise.
Peter-that would have been ideal.
Lisa-that would have been helpful.
Mona-didn't think of that.
Wallace-I'm sure the Parrott must get tired of telling the dog to shut up.
Brenda I did tell the listing agent we got a laugh out of the pets.
Cynthia I guess they didn't think it was relevant.
Will get a parrott and train it to say this is the best house in the neighborhood buy now.
Kathryn we did. We also didn't say anything about the house in front of the parott either.
Nancy-we certainly remembered the house at the end of the day.
Chris Ann-a showing to remember.
Now I've heard everything . . . I've heard of bird dogs, but never a guard bird. Oh, I'm sure that was a fun experience to share with your clients.
Carla-it would a laugh out loud moment for sure.
