It came as no suprise that this Framingham Massachusetts home did not last that long on the market. It was tye type of property that fell into an attrative price point with plenty of buyers. It certainly helped that the home was in outstanding condition as well.For a buyer that was looking for a charming older home loaed with character that had been completely updated 36 Hamilton Street certainly fit the bill!
