You have just firmed up on your new home! Congratulations!!! You've worked hard for it and now it's time to enjoy your new home, you just have to wait for the possession date. Time to buy a new car!! Wait!!! Don't do it right now. If you buy a car it could affect your credit rating and give you a big surprise on your closing date. Before you do any kind of big financial decisions you might want to talk to your bank or mortgage broker. This could save you big surprises on closing!
