14 Comments on Oldham County home for sale with in-ground swimming pool
That is a beautiful Oldham County home for sale, Lynda. I don't see the price but I can imagine how reasonable it is compared with out prices.
Jane, it's currently (as of 8/13/2012) listed at $425,000. My first broker advised me to never give out all the information at once so they'll ask for more. ;) And yes, I can only imagine what a comparable home would cost in LA. =)
That is one gorgeous home Lynda. It looks like an amazing price as well. You'll have it sold soon, I'm sure.
Thank you Gabe, and for adding me as associate too. It is much appreciated!
Gorgeous! I bet that pool is a huge attraction this year as well! I'm thinking those will become a "must have" soon.
I think so too Kristen, as the weather temperatures keep breaking records every year.
What a beauty Lynda.
Way too show it off. Outstanding marketing for your clients.
Thanks Steve and/or Jan, I think the blog post listing is one of the most fun parts of the marketing that I do. (Although I did an Animoto video this morning and that was fun...)
Now this is a gorgeous house and a huge one at such a good price. You really did a nice job presenting it here. I hope you get it sold quickly.
Yes, see what you get in Kentucky for less money? ;) But it would be super cool to live near the ocean. Thank you, Bryan!
Lynda-This is quite an impressive looking home. The set back really provides a nice view of the front yard from the street. Looks like an investment in time to keep it nice and green.
Wayne, the front yard is one of the things that impressed me when I visited the home. There are more trees and it has more shade than it looks, too.
Wow Lynda, Now this is a great place to call home, bet this one will go fast.
Thank you for stopping by Will, I hope it does go fast for our sellers.
