If you recall, I had to call my brother Tony when I got my new computer and through our conversation, we decided I had a cable that wasn't plugged into the modem, hence not being able to connect to the internet..............but I had a computer and it was on!

Ummm.... I think I'm related to this tech challenged one... LOL
