Kathy & Jesse: GREAT information--I love your posts! This one, in particular, caught my eye--I was born in a military family (USAF) and my brother flies F-16s (went to the USAFA) and is an instructor at Seymour Johnson AFB here in NC.
Silly question, but, hey it's valid. I'd like to know. Is there a Pole at the North Pole? Is it wrapped like a candy cane or barber shop pole? Any kind of monument there? I'd google it, but I'm tired. I figure if anybody would know, you guys would.
Frank Rubi Louisiana Real Estate-Homes for Sale : Hi, Frank: I would say we're a speck different than you guys down in Cajun country, at least with respect to prices. We actually have family not too far from you in Natchez. Been a while since we were there though.
Debe Maxwell: Hi, Debe: Excellent. We're a military family as well. Dad was Navy and Kathy was AF many moons ago. :) Thanks for stoppping by.
Elizabeth Weintraub, Sacramento Real Estate Broker: Hi, Elizabeth: Actually all the new street ligths are shaped and 'wrapped' to look like candy canes. Oh, and yes, there is a north pole at the North Pole. (Click to enlarge) :)
