Congratulations to new homeowners in the Town of New Windsor NY. In spite of the torrential rains, it was a happy and exciting day. My buyers are now looking forward to making the move! Yesterday they were busy signing papers at the closing table and smiling. As always, it has been a journey from the very beginning to the closing table.

Once everything was in order, the actual closing was a breeze. All the people involved worked hard to make this a smooth transaction. Of course a few hiccups in the process, but now... SOLD and their move starts today! An adorable cape home is now all theirs. And its all brand new...
