Hi Silvia, thank you. Providing as much information as possible as well as options bases on preferences, criteria and budget is the goal. The decision is always the client's to make.
That's one issue I don't have to deal with. One county, one elementary, one primary, one middle and one high school. One private school too. Live anywhere in the county and that's your one school... pick private or public only. I can just point to the website so they can see the stats.
Andrea the question of good schools comes up all the time. Good we have resources to point these potential clients to, to do their research.

Hi Jennifer, the greatschools.org and school assignment locators are wonderful tools. Clients can research their top choices and we can search according to their preferences. I do cross-reference as well just to make sure a property falls within the preferred school boundaries.
