I haven't seen one of these in a long time, ours at this range are just flying off the shelf.
Yes....same here. This one is on acreage and in the country. It's a divorce situation, so showings have been (how can we say?) a "delicate" situation. This is one that may sell as soon as it's vacant after this weekend ;0 Cancelled showings do not equate to quick sales, do they?
