15 Comments on Your MLS Photos Are Confusing Buyers!
Hello Pam,
I could also go on , and on on what I can find on MLS... I do think that all agents are capable of doing a great job with photos... they choose not to do it the right way.
Have a great weekend.
Pam, I suggested this post because it isn't only about taking good photos. If the prospect can't get the idea of how someone moves through the house then they can't get a feel for the house. It makes us nuts to see listings with the exterior and interior shots alternating.
Tatyana - I am with you! Hope you have a nice weekend:)
Mona - Thank you:) I'm not the best photographer but I know it is important to have a good flow to the photos.
So true Pam! I think some people just are not born with this insight and need a little verbal help.
Sussie- Sometimes, we all need a little help:)
Pam, labeling photos and placing them in good order can/does make a huge difference for the buyer. Thanks for posting today.
David - Labeling really does help. Thanks for stopping by.
Pam, It's very confusing to potential buyers is right. It takes but a few minutes longer to organize and label the photos.
Elyse - I get confused sometimes when the photos aren't organized.
While it might not be rocket science for most of us, there are those that still don't get it. I feel your pain!
Barbara-Jo - lol - It seems like an easy task.
You're right. I do try to put the photographs in to the MLS in an order that helps the buyer get the feel of the home. NOT necessarily in the order that the photographs were taken. GREAT reminder.
Joni - The order of the photos helps to visually explain the house.
Suggested. The pictures are beautiful and the content is important. It's really not hard to put the pics in order so the viewer can feel like he's walking through the house.
Jill - Thank you:) You are so right!
