Primrose Farm Park in St. Charles is a 1930s working farm that operates as a living history museum. Visitors can milk a cow, learn blacksmithing and candle-making, and take tours of the orchards and historic farm demonstration plots. Throughout the year this 160 acre facility hosts classes and events that help us learn how our farm ancestors lived.

The farm also features a fruit orchard, farm discovery trails, community garden plots, two picnic pavilions, a playground, and a wealth of native flora and fauna.

Primrose Farm offers a great birthday party package which is just perfect for hosting a rambunctious group of kids. See more.

The Park is located on the west side of St. Charles here. Call 630-513-4370 for more information.

Great opportunity for kids to view, learn, and participate in a vintage working farm, Leslie.  Provides a real introduction to another way of life, for most.  Education, but fun ... a great mixture ...
