In life there’s competition, just like the Olympics. Every single gold medal winner offered their best effort, you have to give your best effort to be great, or even the best. Treat life today like an Olympian, give your best effort; you’ll like the results.

“Life and the Olympic Games test the determination of an individual and the effort displayed, the best efforts gets the best results”! No matter what we do today the effort we exuberate will count; “make today count”, put your best efforts towards now, today!

 Just like we wear clothes, we wear effort, and just like others see what we’re wearing, others see our efforts. Health allows an individual the ability to display their maximum effort. We need to embrace our health by giving our very best effort daily.   

It’s always apparent to me, today is the best day to display my best effort, the indication of our efforts displays the earnest appreciation of our health. Have a desire to illustrate who you can be today, be on the mark with effort!

Think about what’s right and then do it; I say; “It’s harder to do the wrong thing verses doing the right thing”
