In the Cedar City Real Estate Market, the Grant Subdivision is another one of our mixed subdivisions. There is a mix of detached single family homes with some duplexes. The Grant Subdivision was built in the mid 1990′s. There are quite a lot of investor owners in this particular subdivision.

I like a nice mixed subdivision. In my neighborhood we have an upscale apartment complex, townhome condos, townhomes, single family homes, and even an active adult community. It is great to watch home buyers move up to each new section!
