August 18, 2012 we will welcome home our Olympic Hero Vincent Hancock

Meet me at the Plaza at 5:30 as we welcome home our Olympic Hero who will arrive via motorcade at 6:00 p.m.  Following will be a ceremony.

Vincent is a two time Gold Medalist now and I'd love to see the entire community come out to support him. Let's crowd the plaza and how Vincent Hancock just how proud we all are of his super accomplishments.

Then of course you should stay for the concert, which is just $5.00

TICKET PRICES WILL BE $5 IN ADVANCE AND AT THE GATE. YOU MAY PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE, AT THE PLAZA, OR AT EITHER OF THE FARMERS & MERCHANTS BANK LOCATIONS.

This is terrific, Tammy.  Hooray for Vincent.  Our own hometown hero, Chas Betts, finished ninth in Greco-Roman wrestling, but he is still a hero! 

I hope that the community supports Vincent with a wonderful homecoming and continued support.  He is quite a guy!

Laura- he won in skeet shooting.  Gold in 2008 and this summer.  Hope he will complete again in 2016
