Keller Williams Central - Murphy Recognizes Acts of Kindness
The Culture committee which I am one of its newest members has embarked on a campaign to recognize others that perform acts of kindness throughout the Keller Williams Central - Murphy office. The goal of the campaign is to make everyone aware of the importance of kindness in our everyday lives. These acts of kindness can be something as simple as lending a hand, listening to someone in need or being friendly to others especially the newer agents who may not know the ropes yet.
Local real estate agents are independent consultants with busy schedules. It is easy to get caught up in running our own business and loose sight of others who may need our knowledge or expertise. Everyone, at some point, finds themselves in need of the support and encouragement from the office staff or other agents. By recognizing individual acts of kindness the Culture committee aims to promote the value of kindness and its practices shared by all Keller Williams associates; staff and agents. And, in the process of the campaign, we too shall spread a little kindness of our own.
