Going for the Gold - Completing IMSD We all make goals just about every year to exceed or to improve our businesses, and this year, I have the opportunity to take courses in the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation Course. Completing all these eight core courses will certainly help to take my business to an all new and higher level than I had ever Dreamed. In addition to the eight core courses, there are additional bonus classes like the one I took last week, “YouTube Bonus Webinar”.
With all the emphasis this year on making and producing more videos, this presentation was exactly what I needed to get focused on making more YouTube Videos. Just making a simple video on your smartphone, and posting it directly to YouTube will give you lots of exposure, and of course, more Google Juice. Now, the core classes are as follows.

Therefore, my goals to reach for the Gold for the remainder of this year are First, to complete the IMSD course by the end of September, 2012. Second, make and produce 2 videos per week for the remainder of this year. Third, generate 200 leads per month from Social Media and my Market Leader Professional eEdge website. Fourth, Convert 60 percent of those leads. Fifth, Generate 20 Listing appointments per month from my online marketing efforts. Finally, to be able to close 10 transactions per month, and over 100 for the whole year.
My collaborators for completing the IMSD course will be Chad Hyams, principle instructor, and other IMSD graduates, like Kathleen Daniels from Active Rain, and Randy Elgin from my own KW office, who was also the person who got me started with Active Rain initially in 2011. It has been a challenge taking all of these classes, and completing all those homework assignments. But, blogging just about everyday, keeping up with the IMSD courses, and doing my real estate business too, is like carrying what we used to call in college a “Full Load”.
Now, it just stands to reason that I also need an accountability coach to stay on track and to reach all the above goals that I have set for myself. Therefore, Joe Sloan, productivity coach at my IH-10 KW office will be my accountability coach for Going for the Gold.
