We have been to WV several times and it is a beautiful place. We have even thought about retiring there!

Here is a little known fact about West Virginia..... The state has NO naturally occurring Lakes or Ponds....one of only two state in the nation....

Those are mind blowing scenes, Rebecca! I was just reading Richard's #6 comment. It is fascinating to know West Virginia has no naturally occuring lakes or ponds. Amazing!
I should also add, that in your last photo of the dam from that angle, it almost looks like a castle at first glance!

Great photos. My Father-in-law lives in Hinton and I always enjoy the views around the Greenbrier River and the Dam. I will be back in WV next weekend as "Pops" turns 80 years old.
